Text messages from Vista Insurance Services

Vista Insurance Services, the trade name of Vista Consultants LLC, a Florida insurance agency, sends text messages to people who ask for them on this site's contact form. The texts come from Jeannie Pond, Licensed Insurance Agent, and are about the request you sent: answers to your question, setting a time to talk, reminders of a call or appointment you set up, and follow-up on the Medicare or insurance coverage you asked about.

Signing up for these texts never signs you up for texts from any other business, and your number is never added to a purchased or shared list.

How you sign up

On the contact form at vistaconsultants.org/contact-us/, a box that is unchecked when the page opens says:

By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Vista Insurance Services about my request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Checking the box is optional. You can send the form without it, and consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Texts start only after you check the box and send the form.

How often texts come, and what they cost

Message frequency varies. Texts follow your request, such as a reply to your question or a reminder before a call you set up.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile phone plan.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any text to stop them. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too. You will receive one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that.

To start again, reply START. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from it first, so texts meant for you do not reach someone else.

Your number and your consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

The services that deliver the texts and keep the contact record handle your number only to do that work.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons such as your coverage area or your carrier's network.

The pages on this site explain Medicare and insurance in general terms, each pointing to its official source. They are not advice about your own situation, and a plan's own documents decide what it covers and what it costs.

Changes to these terms

These terms are updated when the text message program or this site changes, and the date above changes with them. Last updated October 21, 2026.
