Who runs this site

This website is run by Vista Insurance Services, the trade name of Vista Consultants LLC, a Florida insurance agency. Its agent in charge is Jeannie Pond, Licensed Insurance Agent.

What the contact form asks for

The contact form asks for:

• your name;
• a phone number or an email address, so Jeannie Pond can reach you;
• the time of day that suits you;
• which kind of coverage your question is about;
• your consent to be contacted about that question.

Sending the form is your permission to be contacted about the question you chose, and nothing more.

When you send it, the form also sends the page you sent it from, the first page you opened on this site in that visit, the website that linked you here if there was one, and any campaign or ad-click tags in the link you followed. Your browser keeps these in its session storage until you close the tab; the site does not put them in a cookie.

To slow down automated spam, the server counts how many times a connection sends the form in ten minutes, using a scrambled form of the connection's address that is held only in the server's memory and is not stored with your request.

What the form never asks for

The form never asks for your Medicare number, your Social Security number, your birth date, your bank or card details, or any detail about your health. Please leave them out of anything you send through this site.

Who receives your request

Your request goes to Jeannie Pond, through the email and contact-record services Vista Insurance Services uses to answer it.

It is not sold. It is not shared with another marketing organization: a federal Medicare rule allows that only with your prior written consent naming each one (42 CFR 422.2274), and this form asks for no such consent.

Phone calls and appointments

Two federal rules apply to conversations about Medicare Advantage plans:

Recorded calls

Medicare Advantage plans must require the marketing organizations they work with to record marketing and sales calls in full, including the sound of calls held over the web, and to keep them for at least six years (42 CFR 422.2274).

Scope of Appointment

Before a personal marketing appointment about Medicare Advantage plans, the agent must agree on and record a Scope of Appointment with you, in writing for an in-person appointment (42 CFR 422.2264).

Visits, analytics and cookies

On vistaconsultants.org, pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate and uses no cookies. The site loads no advertising or social media tracking code.

The site sets no cookies of its own, with one exception: if you open a personal review link sent by Jeannie Pond, the review page keeps a cookie for up to seven days so it can greet you by first name and attach your note to your record. Only the site's server reads it.

Like any website, the service that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for.

Links to other sites

This site links to official sites such as Medicare.gov, SSA.gov and the state license searches. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

Asking for a record to be deleted

To ask for your request, or any other record about you, to be deleted, call (888) 688-9919 or email info@vistaconsultants.org, and say what you sent and about when.

A record that a law or a Medicare rule requires to be kept, such as a call recording under the rule above, stays for the time that rule sets.

Changes to this policy

This page is updated when the site changes what it collects or who receives it, and the date above changes with it. Last updated October 2, 2026.
